What's included

Full-service tax filing — nothing missing

Every plan is prepared by a licensed CPA, not software. Here is what your CPA does for you.

Federal tax return

Form 1120 (C-Corp), 1120S (S-Corp), 1065 (Partnership), or Schedule C (Sole Prop) — prepared, reviewed, and e-filed by a licensed CPA.

State tax filing

All required state returns filed for every state in which your business has nexus. Multi-state handled as a single engagement.

Deduction maximization

Your CPA reviews every eligible deduction category — home office, Section 179, retirement contributions, travel, meals, depreciation — before filing.

Deadline management

We track your entity-specific filing deadlines and automatically request extensions if your documents arrive late — you never pay a late-filing penalty.

IRS audit support

If the IRS questions your return, your CPA responds directly. Full audit representation is included with the Full-Service package.

Year-round CPA access

Questions don't wait for tax season. Full-Service clients have direct CPA access for ongoing tax guidance throughout the year.

How it works

Your return filed in four steps

No courthouse visits, no confusing software — your CPA handles every step while you stay in the loop.

  1. Step 1

    Upload your documents

Share your income statements, bank records, and prior-year return through our secure dashboard.

  2. Step 2

    CPA reviews your books

A licensed CPA reviews your financials, identifies every applicable deduction, and prepares your federal and state returns.

  3. Step 3

    You review and approve

We share a draft return before filing — nothing is sent to the IRS without your sign-off.

  4. Step 4

    Filed and confirmed

Your return is e-filed and you receive IRS/state acknowledgment, stored in your dashboard for easy access.

Important dates

Know your filing deadlines

Deadlines vary by entity type. Miss one and the IRS charges late-filing penalties — for partnerships and S-corps, a flat fee per partner/shareholder for each month a return is late — we make sure that never happens.

Who it's for

Every business type, handled correctly

Tax rules differ by entity, state, and situation. Your CPA knows the rules that apply to your specific business.

LLCs and S-Corps

Pass-through entities have unique filing requirements. Your CPA ensures the correct form, proper allocation of income, and all eligible deductions.

Freelancers and consultants

Self-employment taxes are often miscalculated. We find every deduction — home office, equipment, health insurance, retirement — to minimize what you owe.

Multi-member partnerships

Form 1065 partnership returns and K-1 schedules for each member — handled correctly so each partner receives the right income allocation.

C-Corporations

C-Corp tax strategy is complex. We handle Form 1120, accumulated earnings analysis, and dividend strategies to minimize double-taxation exposure.

Multi-state businesses

Operating in multiple states means multiple nexus obligations. We file every required state return and track apportionment correctly.

Businesses behind on filings

Behind on prior years? We prepare and file multiple years of back returns, help negotiate penalty abatements, and get you current with the IRS.

Why a CPA, not software

TurboTax finds what it knows. A CPA finds everything.

Tax software follows a decision tree. A licensed CPA knows your industry, your entity structure, and the deductions that don't appear in any dropdown menu.

FAQ

Tax filing questions, answered

Everything you need to know before you start. Can't find your answer? Talk to a CPA.

Which tax forms do you prepare?

We prepare all major business entity returns: Form 1120 (C-Corporation), Form 1120S (S-Corporation), Form 1065 (Partnership and multi-member LLC), and Schedule C (sole proprietorship and single-member LLC). We also prepare the associated state equivalents in any state where your business has nexus.

How long does preparation take?

Most returns are completed within 5–7 business days after we receive all required documents. Complex returns — multiple states, depreciation schedules, multiple members — may take 7–10 days. If your deadline is approaching, tell us and we will prioritize or file an extension on your behalf.

What documents do I need to provide?

The core documents are: your profit and loss statement, balance sheet, prior-year tax return, bank statements, and a list of major asset purchases. Your CPA will send you a tailored document checklist based on your entity type after signup — it takes about 20 minutes to gather everything.

What deductions will my CPA look for?

Your CPA reviews every applicable category: office expenses (including home office), business meals (50%), vehicle mileage or actual costs, professional services, software subscriptions, travel, marketing, equipment (Section 179 and bonus depreciation), employee benefits, retirement contributions, and health insurance premiums for self-employed owners. Most clients find deductions they had been missing.

Do you handle quarterly estimated tax payments?

Yes — quarterly estimated taxes (Form 1040-ES for individuals, Form 1120-W for corporations) are included in the Full-Service Annual package. We calculate the correct amount each quarter and remind you of the due dates: April 15, June 15, September 15, and January 15.

What happens if I get audited?

If you are on the Federal + State or Full-Service plan and receive an IRS or state notice, your CPA responds directly. Full audit representation — where your CPA appears on your behalf and handles all correspondence — is included in the Full-Service Annual package. Other plans include initial response support.

Can you file returns for prior years I've missed?

Yes. We regularly prepare and file prior-year returns for clients who are behind. We will also help you evaluate whether penalty abatement is available and, where applicable, submit a first-time penalty abatement request or reasonable-cause argument to the IRS on your behalf.

Is there a deadline to get started?

For March 15 deadlines (S-Corp, Partnership) we recommend starting at least 3 weeks before the due date. For April 15 deadlines, 3–4 weeks before. If you come to us late, we will file an extension and complete your return before the extended deadline — you avoid late-filing penalties while still getting a complete, accurate return.

Do you guarantee accuracy?

Yes. If your CPA makes a preparation error that results in an IRS or state penalty, we cover the penalty and interest — at no cost to you. Every return is prepared and reviewed by a licensed CPA, backed by our 100% accuracy guarantee.

What is the refund policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our service fee if we have not yet filed your return and you decide not to proceed. Once a return is e-filed, the service is considered delivered and the fee is non-refundable — though we will fix any CPA errors at no charge.
